"Excellent location. 1 min to the closest metro but others within walking distance. Supermarkets, boulangerie, cafes and takeaways all close by. Eiffel Tower around a mile away as well which was great for the kids as they got to see it flashing. Room is small but works well for a short stay. Owners responded quickly to issues esp when a new kettle was needed, it arrived next day. Plenty of utensils and towels."

"The flat was clean and the furniture and renovation was new and modern. Location is perfect and around the corner a wonderful bakery. Convenient that there is no keys escape room like with many other flats, you can arrive even late night and with the detailed instructions you still easy reach the property"

"There were no cutlery :) for some reason. Also not enough shelves if you travel long and with kids and need too many shelves. We were just a group of girls for 2 nights and for us everything was enough"

"Location is great, and it is a well designed apartment accomodating 4 people comfortably. Well described process to get into the apartment, loved it. There is a capsule coffee maker and fridge."

"Shower dome is leaking water behind bathroom furniture, which caused mold and water damage (See photo). The electronic key lock works charm to open, however I still don't understand the correct process to lock the door - each time I managed to lock it, don't know how, just closing the door did not do the trick every time. There were only 2.5 rolls of small toilet paper for 3 nights and 4 people, I wouldn't consider it enough, but not a biggie. There is plenty of kitchenware, except a missing cutting knife, perhaps it was taken by someone?! - given the fact there is a cutting plate."

"Posizione ottima, metro vicina, arredo moderno e raffinato e pulita, non troppo piccola per tre persone essendo a Parigi, lenzuola e teli super puliti, kit di benvenuto apprezzato, bagno nuovo e doccia fantastica."

"Assenza totale di appendiabiti, né all ingresso, né in camera, abbiamo accumulato la roba sulle sedie tavolini, c'è la lavatrice ma non c'è uno stendino, 4notti 2 rotoli di carta igienica, un po' risicata negli attrezzi da cucina. Il secondo letto era un divano letto ovviamente non molto comodo. Servizi un po' da rivedere."
